Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller gave fans one of the most viral boxing moments of the year — and it wasn’t for a knockout. During a recent bout at Madison Square Garden, an uppercut from his opponent sent Miller’s toupee flying, leaving the 37-year-old stunned … and millions of viewers entertained.
“I felt a cold breeze on my scalp, and I said, ‘I know I ain’t got no AC up there,’” Miller told TMZ Sports, recalling the moment he realized something had gone very wrong.
When the bell rang at the end of the round, Miller noticed his usually confident coach stuttering in the corner. That’s when it hit him: his toupee had been knocked off. One glance at the jumbotron confirmed it: “I’m fried, I’m cooked,” Miller said.

But the unexpected wardrobe malfunction might have actually energized him. Miller credited the incident as a turning point in the fight. “It put an extra battery in my back,” he said, noting that losing the toupee gave him a new boost in the bout.
As for what’s next, Miller plans to regrow his hair, blaming a hair product that dried out his strands for the current situation. But while he works on that, businesses are lining up to work with him.
“There’s a lot of hair companies from Turkey that reached out,” Miller said. “A couple of man-weaving companies reached out. My DMs are crazy, man. I haven’t even gone through a quarter of them yet.”
What started as an embarrassing moment has now turned into a branding opportunity — and one of the most shared boxing clips in recent memory. For Big Baby, losing his toupee might have been the best thing that happened to him in the ring.
