The Atlanta Hawks, Atlanta News First (WANF), Peachtree Sports Network (PSN), and FanDuel Sports Network have announced a partnership to simulcast 11 Hawks games this season, giving fans more ways to watch Hawks basketball. The simulcasts begin with the November 8 matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Games on Atlanta News First and PSN will mirror the FanDuel Sports Network Southeast broadcast, featuring hometown broadcasters Bob Rathbun, Dominique Wilkins, Madison Hock, Matt Winer, and Brian Oliver.
“We’re excited to partner with WANF and PSN, giving Hawks fans another great way to watch some of our biggest games this season,” said Hawks and State Farm Arena President of Business Enterprise and Chief Commercial Officer Andrew Saltzman.
The simulcast schedule includes home and road games against some of the NBA’s top teams, featuring the new-look Hawks roster that added Kristaps Porziņģis, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, and Luke Kennard alongside All-Star Trae Young, rising forward Jalen Johnson, 2024 No. 1 pick Zaccharie Risacher, and Georgia native Asa Newell.
“This off-season was huge for Hawks fans, and we’re thrilled to bring the team to Atlanta’s only locally owned station,” said WANF General Manager Erik Schrader.
“Simulcasting Hawks games lets us showcase the quality of our broadcasts to a wider audience,” added Damon Phillips, EVP of Team Partnerships at FanDuel Sports Network.
