The Atlanta Hawks came up just short on MLK Day, falling 112–110 to the Milwaukee Bucks in a tightly contested matchup at State Farm Arena during the annual MLK Game powered by Georgia Power.
Atlanta battled throughout the night, keeping pace in a back-and-forth contest that came down to the final moments. The Hawks executed down the stretch and had opportunities late, but Milwaukee was able to make the key plays needed to secure the two-point win.
Despite the narrow loss, the Hawks showed resilience and strong ball movement, continuing to play connected basketball in front of a packed home crowd. The effort capped a meaningful afternoon in Atlanta that once again blended competition, community and purpose.
Atlanta now shifts its attention to the road.
