The ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players’ Association (PHPA) announced today that a tentative agreement has been reached on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The agreement is still subject to ratification by the PHPA’s ECHL membership, as well as approval from the ECHL Board of Governors.
In the meantime, players will report to their respective teams in good faith and continue preparations to return to play, pending final ratification and league approval.
Additional details regarding the agreement will be released at an appropriate time.
