On a sunny springlike day the Atlanta Hawks, State Farm and Goodr, in partnership with DeKalb County Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs, hosted the ninth a pop-up grocery store on on Friday.

This time the pop-up grocery was at Gresham Park, in Decatur Ga.

Participants was given access to fresh meat, produce, and shelf-stable items.



Previously Gresham Parks basketball court was renovated through the Hawks Foundation. This collaboration also included home food deliveries for senior citizens and low-income students.
To date, this program has provided more than 3,800 Metro Atlanta families with the equivalent of two weeks’ worth of groceries.
