The Atlanta Dream defeated the reigning WNBA champs, the Minnesota Lynx earning their first win at home. The Dream is now 2-2. This win also marks head coach Nicki Collen’s first home win as a WNBA head coach.

With Tuesday win, the Atlanta Dream improve their last eight meetings against the Lynx from 0-8 to now 1-8. The last time the Dream beat the Lynx was June 13, 2014.
Angel McCoughtry hit a breathtaking three pointer with only 1.5 seconds left on the clock to elevate the Dream to a 76-74 victory over the Lynx.

Tiffany Hayes led the Dream in scoring with 20 points and went 8-8 from the free-throw line.
Angel McCoughtry finished with 18 points and shot 50 percent from both the field and behind the arc. With her 18 points, Angel McCoughtry now ranks 16th overall among WNBA career scoring leaders at 5,050 career points.
The Dream will face off against the Phoenix Mercury at home Sunday June 3, 2018 at Georgia Tech McCamish Pavilion, at 3:00 pm Est.
