Hawks and State Farm Arena Earn 2025 Top Workplace Honor from AJC

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC), Atlanta’s leading daily newspaper and a trusted voice across the Southeast, has named the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena a 2025 Top Workplace. The recognition shines a spotlight on companies with 150 or more employees that create thriving workplace cultures—ones that put people first, empower talent, and foster community.

This marks the third time since 2021 that the Hawks and State Farm Arena have been honored on a Top Workplaces list, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to cultivating an environment where team members can grow and succeed.

The distinction is based on results from the Top Workplaces survey, conducted by Energage, an HR research and technology company. More than 70,000 organizations were invited to participate, with winners determined solely by confidential employee feedback measuring areas like leadership, communication, and overall job satisfaction.

Now in its 19th year, the Top Workplaces program has recognized organizations across 65 markets nationwide, surveying more than 23 million employees since its launch.

This latest honor adds to a growing list of recognition for the Hawks and State Farm Arena. Earlier this year, the organization was also named a 2025 Top Workplace by USA TODAY and was recognized by Front Office Sports in 2024 as one of the Best Employers in Sports—the only NBA team to make the list.
