Atlanta United announced today that midfielder Will Reilly suffered a right hamstring strain in Saturday’s match against Columbus Crew. The 22-year-old will be re-evaluated in approximately three-to-four weeks, with his rehabilitation process determining the exact timeline for his return.
Reilly, who has continued to develop as a steady presence in midfield this season, will be a key absence as the Five Stripes navigate the final stretch of the campaign.
Atlanta United (5-13-11, 26 points) returns to action Saturday, Sept. 20, when it hosts San Diego FC at Mercedes-Benz Stadium (4:30 p.m. ET, MLS Season Pass on Apple TV)
