Ahead of the 2022 WNBA Allstar game, and after Cheyenne Parker scored 21 points in the Atlanta Dream’s 90-76 win against the Seattle Storm the Dream fell 66-85 to the Washington Mystics.

Four players scored in double figures with Rhyne Howard, Monique Billings, Tiffany Hayes and Cheyenne Parker all scoring 10 points a piece.
“Not the outcome we wanted. Definitely not the outcome we wanted. But I thought my team played Washington much tougher than we’ve played them the last couple of games.” said Head Coach Tanisha Wright.
“This is a good team and we knew we had to get a win before the break.” said Washington Mystics Elizabeth Williams.
The Dream’s record falls to 24-30 when playing the Washington Mystics and 14-12 when playing in Atlanta.
Next Up: Atlanta Dream rookie guard Rhyne Howard will compete in all three events as a part of 2022 AT&T WNBA All-Star Weekend. The MTN DEW 3-Point Contest and the WNBA Skills Challenge will air live on ESPN on Saturday, July 9 at 3:00 p.m. ET, and the All-Star Game is set to tip off at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 10 on ABC.

After the Allstar game the Dream will head to Chicago to face the Sky on Tuesday July 12. Tip off is at 8:00 PM.
