It was announced on Tuesday by the Atlanta Dream, guard Aari McDonald was named to the WNBA All-Rookie Team.

In her first season in the WNBA, McDonald averaged 6.3 points, 1.6 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 0.8 steals per game with the Dream.
McDonald’s 59 assists and 25 steals led all first-year players in the league this season, and her 189 total points, 32 made three-point field goals and 104 three-pointers attempted all rank second. She also led all first year players with a 20.7% usage rate.
