The Atlanta Hawks advanced to the second round of the playoffs on Wednesday night by defeating the New York Knicks, 103-89 in Game 5 to win their first-round series, 4-1.

The last time the Hawks were in the second round, was five years ago, coach Bud was the head coach and the star players wereย Al Horford and Paul Millsap.
