TMZ reported that the undefeated featherweight champion Gervonta Davis was arrested for domestic violence after a video went viral of him grabbing his ex-girlfriend Andretta Smothers by her neck at a basketball game in Florida.

On Twitter the Coral Gables Police department confirmed that Davis surrendered after being charged with simple battery domestic violence on Tuesday Feb 4. for the Feb. 1 incident.
