The Atlanta Dream fall to the Washington Mystics

The Atlanta Dream failed to execute a win after falling to the Washington Mystics 70-77 on Sunday July 30, 2017 at McCamish Pavilion.

 

 

The starting lineup was, (G) Layshia Clarendon, (F)Tiffany Hayes, and (C)Elizabeth Williams.

 

 

At halftime, the Washington Mystics lead the Atlanta Dream 44-29. Brittany Sykes and Elizabeth Williams scored a team high of 8 points.

 

History was made ! With 7 assists made in last night game Layshia Clarendon passed  (G)Lindsey Harding guard of the Los Angeles Sparks for the most single assists  in Atlanta Dream’s franchise history.

 

 

After the game Elizabeth Williams and Layshia Clarendon both discussed  the tough loss and Clarendon also spoke about her historical milestone.

 

 

The Dream is headed on the road. They will match-up against the Minnesota Lynx on Thursday, August 3, 8:00 PM at The Xcel Energy Center, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
