After defeating the Bucs on Monday. The Atlanta Hawks gained their second consecutive win with a 134-122 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday at State Farm Arena .

Minnesota went into halftime with a 73-61 lead.

In the second half Atlanta outscored Minnesota, 73‐49. The Hawks +24‐point differential in the second half is its largest positive point differential in either half this season and the largest since May 5, 2021 against Phoenix (+30, second half).

In the third quarter, the Hawks outscored the Timberwolves, 45‐20 and recorded nine blocks, with six of those nine blocks coming in the third quarter.

With a injured Patrick Beverley early in the first and midway in the third shooting guard Anthony Edwards picked up two technicals, and was ejected; Minnesota loss their fight in the battle.
