Outside hitter Leah Edmond and opposite hitter Aiko Jones will represent the Vibe in the 2026 AdventHealth MLV All-Star Match on Saturday in Orlando, continuing what’s been a strong showing for Atlanta on the national stage this season.
For Edmond, it’s just another milestone in a career that’s already full of them. Earlier this season, she became the first player in league history to reach 1,000 kills — a benchmark that further cements her place as one of the faces of the league. Atlanta’s first-ever signee and the league’s inaugural signing overall continues to set the standard, adding this All-Star nod to a résumé that already includes the league’s first MVP award in 2024 and a First Team selection in 2025.
Now, she’s back in the All-Star spotlight for the second straight year.
“I’m honored to be selected and I think having an All-Star game has been one of the coolest experiences that this league has started,” Edmond said. “I’m excited for Orlando and a chance to play beside the best-of-the-best in our league.”
Edmond has backed it up on the court all season. She currently ranks third in the league with 278 kills, while doing a little bit of everything for Atlanta — totaling 188 digs, 27 blocks, 11 service aces and 10 assists across 71 sets. It’s that all-around production that continues to drive the Vibe.
On the other side, Jones is earning her moment.
In just her second season, the opposite hitter has secured her first All-Star selection, continuing her rise as one of Atlanta’s most dynamic contributors. The first Jamaican-born player in the league has been a true dual-threat, making an impact both offensively and defensively.
Jones has recorded 179 kills, 143 digs, 22 blocks, eight assists and seven service aces through 63 sets this season — numbers that highlight her versatility and growing presence in the lineup.
“It’s an honor to be selected among such talented women to represent the league as an All-Star, especially knowing I still have so much to learn as a player,” Jones said. “I’m looking forward to being in the company of greatness and continuing to learn from the greats of volleyball.”
The 2026 AdventHealth MLV All-Star Match is set for Saturday at noon ET at Addition Financial Arena in Orlando. The match will be broadcast nationally on CBS and streamed on Paramount+, giving both Edmond and Jones a chance to showcase their talent on one of the league’s biggest stages.
