Falcons Announce Scouting and Coaching Staff Updates Ahead of Preseason Kickoff

With the 2025 preseason officially upon us and the Falcons set to host the Detroit Lions Friday night at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta has announced several updates to its scouting and coaching departments, including internal promotions, new hires, and training camp additions.

James McClintock has been promoted to area scout after spending the past three seasons working in the Falcons’ scouting department. He previously served as a scouting assistant and BLESTO scout. Before joining Atlanta, McClintock held roles at Auburn, Liberty, and North Carolina, where he supported player evaluation and recruiting.

Cami Pasqualoni moves into the role of personnel and coaching assistant. She joined the Falcons in 2024 as a scouting assistant following her time as a recruiting intern at Syracuse, where she helped coordinate on-campus visits for prospective student-athletes.

Kevin Weisman has been promoted to football administration and personnel assistant. He spent last season as a scouting assistant with the team while pursuing his Juris Doctorate at Cardozo School of Law. A Georgia alum, Weisman contributed to UGA’s 2021 national championship season as a player personnel assistant, working on recruiting and NIL strategy.

Atlanta has also added fresh talent to the football operations side. Alex Brown joins as a BLESTO scout after most recently serving as director of player personnel at Ole Miss. His resume includes leadership roles at SMU, Rice, and Houston, along with four years as a central scout for Optimum Scouting.

Kevin Melore comes aboard as a scouting assistant after holding a similar role at Texas during the 2024 season. He graduated from Pace University’s Lubin Business School earlier this year.

Aaron Williams is the team’s newest physical therapist, bringing nearly a decade of experience in rehab and performance. He most recently worked with Olympic sports at Illinois and previously held roles at VCU, iPerformance Center in Pensacola, and other clinical settings.

Several new faces are also contributing as part of the Bill Walsh Diversity Fellowship and as training camp assistants.

Shaunessy Fisk, a grad assistant at Boise State, joins as a scouting training camp assistant. She previously completed an internship with the Seattle Seahawks and was a four-year volleyball standout at Central Washington.

Jordan Young, a former Old Dominion linebacker and recent defensive quality control coach, also joins the Falcons’ scouting staff for camp. He’s had professional stints with the Buccaneers, Ottawa Redblacks, and Houston Gamblers.

Jarred Gray is participating as a Bill Walsh Diversity Fellow during training camp. Currently a defensive analyst at Texas, he’s worked with defensive backs and special teams at Texas State and Ole Miss.

Jalen Harris is working with Atlanta both during the offseason program and training camp as a Bill Walsh Diversity Fellow. He’s currently on staff at Georgia as a player development coordinator and assistant wide receivers coach. His coaching background includes stops with the Packers, UAB, and Arkansas.

Former Falcons safety Erik Harris returns to the organization as part of the offseason Bill Walsh program. He’s now the special teams coordinator at Gulf Breeze High School in Florida after wrapping up an eight-year NFL career that included stops in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Atlanta, and San Francisco.

With the Falcons kicking off their preseason slate against the Lions Friday night, this wave of staff changes reflects the organization’s continued investment in developing talent across the board—not just on the field.
