Atlanta Hawks Name Bryson Graham and Peter Dinwiddie as Senior Vice Presidents in Front Office Restructure

ATLANTA (June 18, 2025) — The Atlanta Hawks continue to strengthen their basketball operations team, announcing today the hiring of Bryson Graham as Senior Vice President of Basketball Operations and Peter Dinwiddie as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Analytics.

“We are fortunate to be able to add Bryson and Peter to our leadership team,” said Hawks General Manager Onsi Saleh. “Bryson is widely regarded as one of the league’s top young talent evaluators, and Peter is one of the most strategic minds in the NBA. Ownership has empowered me to build a robust and dynamic front office, and adding two extremely talented, experienced, and respected executives in Bryson and Peter is a home run for our group.”

Graham arrives in Atlanta following 15 seasons with the New Orleans Pelicans, where he most recently served as General Manager during the 2024-25 season. Beginning his career as a front office intern with the franchise in 2010, Graham quickly rose through the ranks, holding titles including Player Development Director, Scouting Coordinator, Director of College Scouting, and Assistant General Manager before taking the helm as GM. Known for his sharp eye in talent evaluation, Graham played a key role in multiple draft successes and player development initiatives in New Orleans.

A former collegiate standout at Texas A&M, Graham played for the Aggies from 2006 to 2009, helping lead the team to a Sweet Sixteen appearance and multiple NCAA Tournament runs. After graduating in 2009, the San Antonio native returned to Texas A&M as a graduate assistant before embarking on his NBA front office journey.

Dinwiddie, meanwhile, brings nearly two decades of front office experience, joining the Hawks after five years with the Philadelphia 76ers as Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations. During his tenure, the 76ers remained a consistent playoff contender and made several key roster and strategic moves.

Before Philadelphia, Dinwiddie spent 14 years with the Indiana Pacers. After starting in inside sales in 2006, he transitioned into basketball operations, where he served as Director of Basketball Administration, Vice President of Basketball Operations, and eventually Senior Vice President of Basketball Operations.

An Indianapolis native, Dinwiddie holds a degree from Indiana University and a law degree from the New England School of Law.

The additions of Graham and Dinwiddie represent a continued commitment by the Hawks to elevate their front office with proven experience, forward-thinking strategy, and deep basketball expertise as they aim to return to Eastern Conference prominence.
