Atlanta Dream Announce 2025 Preseason Schedule

The Atlanta Dream has officially announced their 2025 preseason schedule, offering fans an exciting preview of what’s to come in the new season. The team will play two preseason games, beginning on the road against the Washington Mystics on Wednesday, May 7, at 11:30 a.m. They will then return home to host the Indiana Fever and 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year Caitlin Clark on Saturday, May 10, at 3 p.m. inside Gateway Center Arena @ College Park.

The preseason games will mark the debut of new Head Coach Karl Smesko, giving fans their first glimpse at the team’s refreshed approach and strategy under his leadership. The Dream will return WNBA All-Stars Rhyne Howard and Allisha Gray, as well as a talented young core looking to build on the momentum of back-to-back playoff appearances.

For Dream Elite Members, the May 10 game against the Fever will be included in season ticket packages. This game replaces the originally scheduled matchup against the Seattle Storm on August 15, which has now been relocated to Vancouver, B.C., for the historic WNBA Canada Game presented by Tangerine Bank. This milestone event marks the first regular-season WNBA game to take place outside of the United States.

The Dream will tip off their 2025 regular season on May 16 with a road game against the Washington Mystics. They’ll then return to Atlanta for their highly anticipated home opener on May 22, where they’ll once again face the Fever in a rematch that promises excitement.
