The Atlanta Falcons endured a tough outing against the Denver Broncos, falling 38-6 in a game dominated by Denver’s offense and defense.
Despite Jessie Bates III forcing his fourth fumble of the season and leading the Falcons with 10 tackles, Atlanta struggled to find momentum. Bates’ performance tied him for the NFL lead in forced fumbles with Fred Warner and T.J. Watt.
On offense, rookie Bijan Robinson continued to showcase his skills, adding 25 yards after the catch to bring his season total to 435, which ranks fourth in the NFL. Wide receiver Drake London led the team in receiving yards with three catches for 61 yards, averaging a career-best 20.3 yards per reception. However, the Falcons’ offensive efforts were largely stifled by Denver’s defense.
The Broncos controlled the game from start to finish, capitalizing on Atlanta’s challenges on both sides of the ball.
Next Up: The Falcons will have a chance to regroup during their bye week before traveling to face the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, December 1. With a renewed focus, Atlanta will aim to turn things around in a critical late-season matchup.
