Our beloved Atlanta Vibe clinched the first-ever playoff spot in the inaugural season of the Pro Volleyball Federation, solidifying their place among the league’s elite with a league-best 15-4 record. Led by stars like Leah Edmond and Alli Linnehan, the Vibe have been trailblazers since joining the league in February 2023 as a founding franchise.
Now they’ve earned the right to compete for the first-ever PVF Championship that will be held in the CHI Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska. The two semifinals matches on Wednesday, May 15 and title match on Saturday, May 18 will air nationally on CBS Sports Network.
But first, we get three more chances to cheer on our playoff-bound Vibe at Gas South Arena. Don’t miss out as the Vibe make their historic postseason push right here in Atlanta!
The Vibe’s next home match on April 16 against the Grand Rapids Rise, one of two expansion teams this season. The Rise are battling for their own playoff spot, so expect them to bring intensity and passion as they try to upset the league leaders. This midweek match is perfect for diehard fans who can’t get enough pro volleyball action.
On Sunday, April 28, the Vibe host the Vegas Thrill for Faith & Family Day. Bring the whole family out for a fun, affordable day at Gas South Arena. The Thrill always put on an exciting show with their flashy style of play and pre-match entertainment. With kid’s activities, giveaways and post-match player meet-and-greets, Faith & Family Day is an event not to miss.
In the Vibe’s last home game before playoffs, they take on Central division rivals, the Columbus Fury. As the last chance to see your favorite players like Edmond, Linnehan and libero Jessica Thompson in action at Gas South Arena this season, you won’t want to miss this match. The Fury are battling for a lower playoff seed, so they’ll be bringing everything they’ve got to try and upset the Vibe on their home court. Get your tickets now for what is sure to be an electric atmosphere!
With the Vibe’s inaugural playoff appearance just around the corner, catch them in their final homestand and be there to witness more history in the making! The Vibe have given Atlanta a team to be proud of, so show your support and get loud for the hometown squad.
