ATLANTA — The Atlanta Vibe (16-8) continue to make headlines and history, officially clinching a spot in the 2025 Pro Volleyball Federation (PVF) postseason following a thrilling Saturday night victory over the No. 3-ranked Orlando Valkyries. The win not only solidified their place among the league’s top four teams but also extended their record-breaking win streak to 10 consecutive matches, the longest in PVF history.
Saturday’s performance was a statement win for the red-hot Vibe, who have emerged as one of Atlanta’s winningest professional sports teams. In the midst of their dominant run, standout libero Morgan Hentz was named PVF Player of the Week, becoming the first libero ever to earn the league’s weekly honor—a testament to both her defensive brilliance and the Vibe’s team-first mentality.
With the victory over Orlando, the Vibe officially punched their ticket to the 2025 PVF Playoffs, joining the Omaha Supernovas as the first two teams to secure postseason berths. The playoff tournament will be held May 9–11 at Lee’s Family Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada, with semifinals on Friday, May 9, and the championship match—dubbed the “Match for a Million”—set for Sunday, May 11.
As the Vibe continue their red-hot streak, they remain focused on playoff seeding, with four regular-season matches remaining. Fans can catch all the action as Atlanta fights to stay at the top, with matches streamed live on CBS Sports Network.
