The Atlanta Vibe (12-8) continued their red-hot streak, sweeping the Columbus Fury (5-13) on Sunday afternoon at Nationwide Arena. The dominant performance marked Atlanta’s sixth straight victory as they overpowered Columbus in three sets with an efficient offensive display.
Dominant Offense Leads the Way
Middle blocker Khori Louis led Atlanta’s attack, delivering a stellar performance with 12 kills on 18 attempts, hitting an impressive .611. Outside hitter Pia Timmer also shined, adding 11 kills while posting a .375 hitting percentage. As a team, the Vibe hit .337, with every hitter recording a percentage above .200, committing just three attack errors throughout the match.
