Atlanta Hawks Extend Home Dominance with 124-115 Victory Over Golden State Warriors

 

The Atlanta Hawks continued their strong home form, securing a 124-115 win over the Golden State Warriors at State Farm Arena. The victory extended Atlanta’s home winning streak against Golden State to six games and marked their fifth win in their last six contests at home.

Over this dominant home stretch, the Hawks have averaged 120.2 points, 45.3 rebounds, and 29.5 assists per game while shooting 49.2% from the field, 35.4% from three, and 83.5% from the free-throw line.

• Atlanta dished out 37 assists in the game, marking their Eastern Conference-leading 33rd contest with 30 or more assists this season. They reached the 30-assist mark by the third quarter for the third time this year. The Hawks now average 29.3 assists per game, ranking second in the NBA and first in the East.

He also tied Dan Roundfield for the fifth-most double-doubles in franchise history (246).

• Georges Niang came off the bench and provided a scoring spark with 23 points on 8-11 shooting, including 6-9 from three. It was his sixth 20+ point game of the season, with four of those coming as a Hawk.

• Onyeka Okongwu recorded his 22nd double-double of the season, posting 22 points (10-16 FG, 2-3 3PT), 12 rebounds, and six assists. He has now tallied four consecutive games with 15+ points and 10+ rebounds.

• Zaccharie Risacher continued his strong rookie campaign, scoring 14 points on 5-10 shooting, with two three-pointers. He leads all Eastern Conference rookies in games with 10+ points (42).

• Dyson Daniels delivered an all-around performance with 12 points, 11 rebounds, six assists, and three steals. He extended his streak to 41 consecutive games with at least one steal, tying Mookie Blaylock for the third-longest in franchise history.
