the Hawks completely demolish the Hornets in their last game. I mean, a 41-point win? That’s just crazy. But now Atlanta’s got an even tougher test ahead as they continue their homestand against the Celtics. This is gonna be a huge matchup on Monday night.
The Hawks are rolling after Bruno Fernando and Garrison Mathews combined for 45 points off the bench last game. That kind of production from the reserves is exactly what Atlanta needs. But the Celtics are no joke. This is gonna be a battle.
Dejounte Murray has been on an absolute tear lately with four straight double-doubles. His defense has also been insane with nearly four steals a game over that stretch.
This is a crucial point in the season for the Hawks to protect home court before heading back out on the road. If they can get wins over the C’s in these next two games, it’ll give them some major momentum. But Boston is fighting for playoff seeding too and won’t go down easy.
Buckle up Hawks fans. This homestand is gonna be a wild ride.
