Atlanta’s five-game homestand continues on tonight Sat, Jan 13 when the team face the Washington Wizards, marking the fourth and final time Atlanta and Washington will face off during the 2023-24 regular season.
After Saturday’s contest, the Hawks will be back in action on Monday, Jan 15, to take on the San Antonio Spurs at 3:30 p.m.
Ahead of Saturday’s match up the Hawks are coming off a 108-126 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Fri Jan 12.
Both Trae Young and Bogdan Bogdanovic buried their 1,000th career three-pointers, marking the first time in NBA history a pair of teammates knocked down their 1,000th career triple in the same game.
Young became the third-youngest player in NBA history to hit 1,000 triples (25y, 115d) and the seventh-fastest in terms of games played (388th career game), while Bogdanovic did so the ninth-fastest in NBA history in terms of games played (405th career game).
