The Atlanta Falcons have signed tight end MyCole Pruitt.
Pruitt was originally selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the fifth round (143rd overall) of the 2015 NFL Draft out of Southern Illinois. The 6-foot-2, 245-pound tight end has recorded 46 receptions for 488 yards (10.6 avg.) and seven touchdowns in 79 career games (27 starts) for the Vikings, Bears, Texans and Titans.
Pruitt appeared in 16 games (nine starts) and tallied 14 receptions for 145 yards (10.4 avg.) and a career-high three touchdowns for the Titans last season.
The Falcons have also waived/injured defensive lineman Bryce Rodgers.
