The Atlanta Gladiators (0-1) fell to the Jacksonville Icemen (1-0) in Game 1 of the Division Semifinal at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena and fell 3-2.

The Gladiators scored their first goal in the opening frame behind Sanghoon Shin breakaway.
After Jacksonville tied the game, Atlanta’s captain Derek Nesbitt scored his first goal of the postseason and helped the Glads gain the lead.
In the final period Icemen Brendan Harris scored his second goals to give Jacksonville the lead and seal the win.
The Gladiators will face the Icemen in Game 2 of the opening round of playoffs tomorrow in Jacksonville at 7:00 PM.
