Trae Young led the team in scoring 30 points and 11 assists. Young, dished out his 2,500th assist and became the second-youngest player in NBA history to record 7,000 points and 2,500 assists (23 years, 198 days) and second-fastest in games played (278), per Elias Sports.

Danilo Gallinari captured his third double-double of the season, with 26 points, 10 rebounds, Clint Capela added 19 points while Bogdan Bogdanovic  netted 18 points, 4 assists and 2 rebounds on a season-high 6-9 clip from three-point territory.

Hawks forward John Collins took pictures and signed autographs for The Baptist Battalion a program that honor military veterans. Throughout this season, 800 local veterans were hosted at 20 Hawks games as part of the new Baptist Battalion section at State Farm Arena.

Keeping Playoffs Hope Still Alive: The Hawks have now won six of their last seven games, and are in the 9th spot in the Eastern Conference. The standings did not change for the play-in tournament with Atlanta trying to keep hope alive for a playoff spot by clinching the 7th seed. Currently there is two games left and Atlanta must win both remaining games, plus Nets beat Cavs and lose to Pacers, and Cavs lose both remaining games.
