The Skyhawks improved to 3-2 after defeating Greensboro Swarm 124-111 Friday night.
It was the DaQuan Jeffries and Justin Tillman show at Greensboro Coliseum Fieldhouse. Jeffries and Tillman made Skyhawks history. It was the first time the team had two 30+ point scorers in a game.
With Jeffries’ 32 and Tillman’s 30 points tonight, the Skyhawks had two 30+ point scorers in a game for the first time in team history.

Both players had 17 points in the first half and it only got better.
Jeffries led the Skyhawks with 32 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists. The Swarm didn’t have an answer for Jeffries who drained five 3-pointers.
Tillman finished with 30 points on 13-for-18 shooting. Tillman grabbed 7 rebounds and dished 7 assists while Cat Barber chipped in with 26 points and 9 assists.
The Swarm led at the end of the first and second quarter. The momentum shifted in the second half.
Late in the third quarter, A.J. Lawson sank a three to give the Skyhawks the lead which set the tone for the final quarter. The Skyhawks jumped out to a double-digit lead to secure a win on the road.
The Skyhawks will take plenty of confidence from Friday night’s win over the Swarm into their next road game vs Motor City Cruise.
