Brad Guzan posted his 32nd clean sheet with Atlanta United in league play, and 56th in his MLS career, while 17-year-old Homegrown Tyler Wolff made his club debut. Edgar Castillo and Ezequiel Barco had a team-high seven recoveries.
Atlanta continued to own possession throughout the game, finishing with 60 percent, but was unable to find a breakthrough.
Atlanta United FC president Darren Eales said on a radio station before the matchup, that Gonzalo “Pity”Martinez is on the verge of a move to Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr FC.
Martinez did not play and was not included on the roster. The transfer is pending a physical.
