The Milwaukee Bucks decided to boycott Game 5 of their NBA playoff series in response to Blake shooting.

The protest comes in response to the shooting of 29-year-old, unarmed black man named Jacob Blake who was shot seven times by police on Sunday in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Shortly afterwards, the NBA and the NBPA announced Game 5 three games – MIL-ORL, HOU-OKC and LAL-POR have been postponed.

In solidarity the WNBA decided to follow in the steps of the NBA and announced that the three games scheduled for this evening have been postponed.

Last night after the Clippers defeated the Mavericks, LA’s head coach Doc Rivers was emotional at a post game presser speaking about the shooting of Jacob Blake.

NBA players have called for a meeting tonight in Orlando to determine next steps, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
