debut, scoring a double-double with 10 points and 10 assists, and a half-court buzzer beating shot.

Young and the Hawks returned to action Thursday night and defeated the Heat at State Farm.

“Ice Trae” had an amazing night with scoring a career high of 50 points.

Young is just the sixth player in Atlanta Hawks’ history to reach 50-or-more points in a game, joining Shareef Abdur-Rahim, John Drew, Lou Hudson, Pete Maravich and Dominique Wilkins.

With a career-high 50 points, Trae Young is the sixth player in Atlanta history to reach 50-or-more in a game, joining Abdur-Rahim, Drew, Hudson, Maravich and Wilkins.
