It’s All About Trae!

From the Rising Stars Game, to the 3-point contest, and Sunday night’s All-Star Game it was a busy weekend for Trae Young.

Although team Team Lebron pulled off a 157-155 victory over Team Giannis. Young shined bright like a diamond in his

debut, scoring a double-double with 10 points and 10 assists, and a half-court buzzer beating shot.

Young and the Hawks returned to action Thursday night and defeated the Heat at State Farm.

“Ice Trae” had an amazing night with scoring a career high of 50 points.

Young is just the sixth player in Atlanta Hawks’ history to reach 50-or-more points in a game, joining Shareef Abdur-Rahim, John Drew, Lou Hudson, Pete Maravich and Dominique Wilkins.

It’s was announced today that Young has been awarded the NBACares Community Assist Award in recognition of his efforts to impact the lives of youth, families and those in need in Georgia and Oklahoma.

Up Next: The Hawks now (16-41) are back in action on Saturday when they face the Dallas Mavericks at State Farm Arena. Tip-off is at 7:30pm.
