LAS VEGAS β The Atlanta Dream close out the regular season on the West Coast Sunday against the Las Vegas Aces inside Mandalay Bay Events Center beginning at 6 p.m. ET. The game will be streamed on ESPN3.
Atlanta (22-11) returns to action after falling to the Phoenix Mercury, 104-95, Friday night. Alex Bentley led the Dream in scoring with 24 points, including a career-high six three-pointers. Tiffany Hayes added 21 points, her 12th 20+ scoring effort of the season.
The Dream can clinch the No. 2 seed in the WNBA Playoffs with a win Sunday. The second seed will guarantee the Dream a double-bye and a spot in the WNBA Semifinals beginning Sunday, August 26. The 2018 WNBA Playoffs begin Tuesday, August 21 with a pair of first-round games.
