The Atlanta Dream earned its eighth-straight victory Tuesday night when it defeated the Los Angeles Sparks, 81-71, at the Staples Center. Angel McCoughtry led the team with 19 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Brittney Sykes chipped in 13 points off the bench.
The Dream enters the All-Star break in second place in the WNBA with a 16-9 record. The team’s seven road wins are the most by a Dream team since the 2012 season when the team won eight games.
