Ex Bears Ray McDonald arrested a 2nd time in less than 72 hour. McDonald was arrested in Santa Clara, California for a restraining order violation. Santa Clara police said in a news release. The restraining order violation was from McDonald’s prior arrest for domestic violence and child endangerment charges.
