Suns Unable to Rise and Shine Over Atlanta

Atlanta Hawks reach their 20th win of the season on Saturday.

After falling to the Pistons, Friday night. The Hawks made a speedy recovery to secure their first post Allstar game break victory the following day by shutting down the Phoenix Suns 120-112 on Saturday night at State Farm Arena.

Kent Bazemore and Trae Young both led the team in scoring 23 points each.

Young made some impressive plays Saturday night. The 3-point shot from the logo left the crowd awe stricken.

Taurean Prince collected 23 points, and John Collins added 19 points and 14 rebounds.

After the game, here’s what Bazemore said about how the team played together as a whole to get the win.

With one day off on Sunday for travel, the Hawks now (20-40) are on the road to face “The Beard” James Harden and the Houston Rockets for the first time this season on Monday night.
